Ace Knives are crafted from 420 J2 grade stainless steel, known for its higher carbon content. Our blades undergo a specialized heat treatment process, ensuring uniform hardness and durability. They are tempered to maintain flexibility while retaining strength.
Several factors could lead to no or delayed gas ignition. Piped Natural Gas (PNG) operates at lower pressure than LPG cylinders, requiring a few seconds for sufficient gas to reach the burners. In PNG connections, it is to be expected that around 2-3 strikes would be required for ignition so do bear that in mind.
Above all, always ensure the gas lighter sparks with each strike; if not, it may have dirt or a piezoelectric issue. Our Gas Lighters come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
